Christmas is a time of joy, togetherness, and giving. However, for those facing difficulties, embracing the festive spirit can be challenging.

In December 2024, with the invaluable support of our colleagues, we had the privilege of becoming Santa’s helpers, bringing a little extra joy to the children at La Rondine, a community managed by Fondazione L’Albero della Vita ETS.

The children’s heartfelt letters guided us in choosing gifts that would bring them happiness.

La Rondine is part of a vital programme that supports single mothers and their children, helping them regain stability and independence. The facility offers not only a safe and welcoming home in Milan but also educational and psychological support, equipping these families with the tools to build a better future.

Our colleagues wholeheartedly embraced the opportunity to fulfil the wishes of children aged 0 to 16, both at La Rondine and at ZeroSei, another community managed by the Foundation.

Thanks to this initiative, we carefully selected and gifted toys, books, and clothing to all 44 children, ensuring each one received something special.

To make the experience even more meaningful, a small group of volunteers personally delivered the gifts, sharing a heartfelt moment with the educators and staff. It was a powerful reminder of the true spirit of the season—kindness, generosity, and the joy of giving.
