Mitsubishi Electric Europe Spanish Branch sponsored the 'Carrera Correblau, Barcelona' held on 24^th November. This race aimed to promote social inclusion for people with intellectual disabilities.

The IX edition of the race, supported by Mitsubishi Electric Europe for the first time, was a great success. Company employees also took part, joining over 2,200 runners in the event.

The CorreBlau is a unique opportunity to raise awareness of the educational needs of students with autism and support the cause. The proceeds from the event will be used to promote inclusive education for people with autism through:

- Tailor-made training for schools to enhance the learning experience and academic success of students with autism.

- Support and guidance for teaching staff and students with autism.

- Consultancy for the transformation of educational centres to better accommodate the needs of students with autism.

In addition, the race is a healthy sporting activity that fosters relationships, breaks myths and stereotypes about autism, and promotes a greater understanding of diversity.

The CorreBlau has become a benchmark for inclusion in Barcelona, designed to ensure that everyone can enjoy a positive experience and cross the finish line at their own pace and ability.
