As part of our commitment to diversity and inclusion, we organised a special event for International Women’s Day on 8 March. This interactive gathering aimed to foster female solidarity, raise awareness among our female employees, and support the development of their communication skills.

Reflecting the core values of inclusivity, equality, and diversity in our corporate philosophy, the event attracted great interest from women across various departments. It focused on uncovering hidden potential and empowering women to utilise their strengths in both professional and personal spheres.

Guided by a Workplace Culture and Employee Well-being Consultant, the event featured interactive discussions aligned with the spirit of International Women’s Day. Participants engaged in conversations about solidarity, self-awareness, and the opportunities and challenges women face in the business world—gaining valuable insights and inspiration.

At Mitsubishi Electric Türkiye, supporting the career development of our female employees is one of our top priorities. We are committed to empowering them to realise their full potential and to increasing female representation in leadership roles.
