Our team before the Ireland’s Fittest Company Competition.

This year marked Mitsubishi Electric Europe Ireland Branch’s second time taking part in Ireland’s Fittest Company; an initiative that brings organisations together in support of the National Maternity Hospital of Ireland. Our participation once again highlighted the strength, dedication and spirit that define our team. The challenge, a tough 10km obstacle course, demanded endurance, teamwork and determination, and our colleagues rose to the occasion with enthusiasm and grit.

A test of endurance, strength and grit!

A huge congratulations goes out to the four team members who completed the course with such energy and camaraderie. Their achievement mirrors the outstanding efforts captured across our internal communications and previous updates, where this event has consistently been praised for uniting staff while supporting a critical cause. Last year’s event saw Mitsubishi Electric Europe Ireland Branch contribute to a wider community effort that raised over €32,000 for the NMH Foundation, funds that directly support mothers and babies requiring specialised, world‑class care.

Companies across the country came together to compete.

By taking part again this year, our team helped continue this tradition of meaningful impact. The NMH Foundation’s mission to help women and babies “Thrive, Arrive, and Survive” remains at the heart of why we participate. We are incredibly proud of our colleagues for their resilience, teamwork and commitment to supporting a charity that touches families across Ireland.
