A ‘howl’ of a way to spend a weekend for the Autumn Wolf Run

A group of intrepid Mitsubishi Electric Europe Living Environment Systems division’s colleagues successfully conquered the Autumn Wolf Run on 14 September in Warwickshire, taking part in a challenging 5K or 10K mud and obstacle course set across raw natural terrain. The team’s goal went far beyond the thrill of tackling steep climbs, water crossings, and thick mud. Their efforts were dedicated to raising funds for a cause of real significance: The Air Ambulance Service.

For many of those participating, the event demanded they venture well outside their usual comfort zones. Despite the physical difficulty, everyone shared a sense of purpose and determination, united by the belief that their effort could make a meaningful difference.

The Air Ambulance Service provides an essential lifeline for communities across the UK, operating air ambulance services for Warwickshire & Northamptonshire and Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland. In addition to emergency response flights, the organisation also runs the national paediatric and neonatal transfer service, the Children’s Air Ambulance, supporting families across the entire country during their most critical moments.

This initiative reflects Mitsubishi Electric’s ongoing commitment to strengthening community engagement and contributing to organisations that deliver vital, life‑saving services. Through teamwork, perseverance, and a shared sense of responsibility, our colleagues demonstrated the positive impact we can make when we come together for a common cause.
