Insights into ‘The World of Mitsubishi Electric’

As part of a mini-mester programme, the Mitsubishi Electric Europe German Branch welcomed international students and two accompanying persons from RWTH Aachen University in Ratingen on 13 November 2025. The young talents are taking part in a specially designed educational programme that deals with forward-looking topics such as Basic Mechanics and Mechanisms, Numerical Methods including Artificial Intelligence, Information & Communication Networks, Electrical Engineering and Information Technology as well as Robotics for Future Industrial Applications.

The participants were given a guided tour through the exhibition ‘The World of Mitsubishi Electric’ to give the guests a comprehensive overview of Mitsubishi Electric´s wide range of products, innovative technologies and integrated solutions - from industrial automation to smart building technologies.

Exciting presentations on the topics of robotics, networks & PLC systems (PLC) and artificial intelligence, a practice-oriented excursion to the industrial automation showroom, where the students could experience first-hand how our technologies work in practice, were further highlights of the event.
