At Mitsubishi Electric Türkiye, we welcomed KAÇUV Umut Kafe at our company with the aim of contributing to a more hopeful future for children battling cancer.

Umut Kafe is a social impact initiative by KAÇUV, where food and beverages are sold to generate sustainable financial resources for children undergoing cancer treatment and their families. All proceeds directly contribute to KAÇUV’s ongoing support, treatment and awareness activities.

Our colleagues showed great interest in Umut Kafe’s meaningful sales, enjoying delicious products while also making a heartfelt contribution that helps bring smiles to children’s faces. This meaningful gathering once again demonstrated our strong belief in the power of acting together and creating impact through solidarity.

As part of the event, a KAÇUV representative delivered an informative presentation, providing valuable insights into the foundation’s activities, volunteering categories, and the ways individuals and companies can offer support.

We truely believe that being informed is the first step toward taking action and making a real difference.

We also involved the children of our employees by explaining the purpose of Umut Kafe and inviting them to create drawings that encouraged people to support the initiative through food and beverage purchases. These drawings added a warm and genuine touch to the event while helping raise awareness in a simple and meaningful way.

In addition to our colleagues’ individual contributions, our company also made a corporate donation to support KAÇUV’s work.

Furthermore, we shared guiding documents with our employees, outlining how they can continue to contribute individually and sustainably through various support and volunteering options.
